Over 30 years of experience

Prime Resource Finance was established in September 2021. After six years with Clifton Blake as a Mortgage Agent and 30 years of hospitality industry experience and cultivated relationships, I wanted to start a company that offered a tailored approach to my clients: An understanding of their business goals and an industry resource for more than just financing. My mentor Dan Couture (retired, Choice Hotels International) had instilled in me the importance of being a “prime resource partner” in order to achieve longevity in the hospitality sector.

• • If my clients need contacts for appraisals, construction, architects, management companies, design, branding, etc., I can facilitate relationships with these resources.
  • If my clients need their franchise agreements, management contracts or appraisal reports, I can assist with those, too.

The name Prime Resource Finance isn’t just a name. It’s the essence of the company: To be a primary resource partner that clients can rely on to enhance their longevity in the industry.

Steve holds an Economics and Business Degree from Acadia University.
